I have no clue practically how she did this, because my understanding is that it requires a bone marrow biopsy, and she diagnosed me over M圜hart - she didn't even look at me! My doctor actually diagnosed me with mastocytosis a few weeks ago in response to my heat allergy that I think I've mentioned before.

MCAS is the most common and is not technically a disease but a state any body can enter into. MCAD is an umbrella term for all mast cell disorders, of which there are a few.
